Research and innovation are the main keys to Europe’s development. They are also the most
efficient way to respond to the challenges set by Asia’s large emerging economies and to lay the foundations for sustainable development for the entire planet. These areas have undoubtedly been neglected to a certain extent in France over recent years. Today, however, France has set about taking up the challenge of intelligence and wants to see Europe follow suit.
